This is a pretty hard project to do with multiple different methods. After you’ve read through this document I suggest you watch a youtube I created on Logging Data with the Circuit Playground Express. I have also made video where I log temperature and accelerometer data using on board memory with the CircuitPlayground Bluefruit. Finally, I also have a Youtube video explaining how to plot a text file [50].
